Springside developent in Rawtenstall takes first deposit for house builder B & E Boys

B & E Boys Ltd have just taken their first deposit on the new Springside housing development in Rawtenstall.

This week saw the first deposit being placed for one of the first three out of the fifteen new homes in this popular town centre location of Rawtenstall.

Waterfoot NHS Health Centre, extension commenced by B & E Boys

B & E Boys Construction commence extension to NHS Health Centre in Waterfoot.

Work commenced this week building a new extension at the NHS Health Centre in Waterfoot, Rossendale. This is the second time in as many years that B & E Boys have been successful in securing local construction work for the NHS. The work should be completed in 16 weeks weather permitting.

Refurbishment of Summerseat Players (Ramsbottom Theatre)

B E Boys have recently completed alteration and refurbishment of the Summerseat Players (Ramsbottom Theatre) existing ground floor area to provide Foyer, Ticket Office, Lounge and Bar facilities with Male/Female/Disabled WC. A new floor structure was installed over the Lounge Area to create a new Performance/Rehearsal Area; the existing rooms at First Floor level were refurbished to create offices, stores and WC facilities.

The theatre was recently opened by Ralph Little who has had recent success in the BBC sitcom the Royle Family and Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. B E Boys staff attended the opening where exerts from the Theatres latest play were performed. Everyone was complementary on the standard of workmanship on display at the Theatre.
